Fans of Years & Years should enjoy this new single from Mirror Talk, who similarly pair strong male vocals and catchy melodies with an electro-pop sound. The difference is that they’re from Los Angeles and they take more inspiration from the ‘80s. 1/M/T is short for “one more time.” Strangely, I discovered this track on Nicola Roberts’ Tumblr, and I hope it’s a sign of what’s to come from her second solo album. She was always my favourite in Girls Aloud and clearly has great taste in music. You should also check out Mirror Talk’s Too Late To Start and their set of interesting covers.
