Jerry Williams

Jerry Williams is a sweet and stylish 19-year-old singer from Portsmouth. She performs with her guitar and writes charming acoustic-pop songs that are full of personality and insights into her life. After establishing herself on the local live music scenes, she has been developing her sound by collaborating with writers including Newton Faulker and Jim Duguid (co-writer of Alex Clare’s Too Close). The results are evident in songs such as Boy Oh Boy, which she performed for her recent SBTV A64 session.

Jerry has seen her hard work paying off over the past year, as she’s had some great opportunities and recognition from the music industry. She was chosen as Record of the Day magazine’s Record of the Week back in September with the lead track from her EP, A Hairdressers Called Sids. She played at Victorious festival in Portsmouth, alongside acts such as Tom Odell and Dizzee Rascal, and her London gigs have seen her gracing the stages of iconic venues such as Union Chapel and Dingwalls. Next stop, Queen of Hoxton!
