These days it seems all you need is a couple of hit singles to be awarded your own record label. ExR are signed to Labrinth's label Odd Child Recordings. They are a duo, made up of singer Etta Bond and producer Raf Riley, who've both had some success on their own. I was obsessed with their online buzz track Boring Bitches last year, as it was so unique and fresh. Their new song Resolve is a little less obnoxious, but still exciting enough to keep me interested. In this "Oddumentary" they seem like they've having a lot of fun, which comes across in the music too.

Hi Jess, please check out my daughter 17 yr old singer/songwriter and pianist Rebecca James this is her link from her performance at the 02 recently. She had the opening support slot to Joan Armatrading in cardiff last year. She is writing her first EP with songwriter Amy Wadge who worked with Ed Sheeran on his EP. She has performed at The Bedford and The Regal Room in London and is currently out gigging as a solo artist and her band. She writes all her own songs including this one for Open Mic and produced the backing track for it herself and she is making POP popular in our area. She is unsigned but hopefully she will get management very soon as she is getting a lot of interest.
