After his summery reggae-pop song Good Girls became an online hit (currently with over 1.4 million views), 19-year-old Cuban-American Cris Cab was signed to Pharrell Williams' label iamOTHER. The song has now been remixed so it's more upbeat and radio-friendly, renamed Good Girls (Don't Grow On Trees) and rapper Big Sean has been added to mutter random words throughout. The end result is very early '00s summer novelty hit and reminds me of LFO or Wyclef Jean, which is fitting as Wyclef actually produced the new version. The song features on an EP called Rise, along with the equally promising new single White Lingerie.
