Future Stars: The Janoskians (Sony Music Australia)

The Janoskians could become the first internationally successful Australian boyband, but ironically they didn't start out as a band at all. They're a group of friends age 16-19 who post comedy videos such as pranks and skits on YouTube, and have amassed nearly 50 million views on their official channel. They're hugely popular with teen girls, and often trend in the UK and worldwide on Twitter. They're cute, fun and everything else a boyband should be, but they'll have to battle prejudice over the fact they didn't intend to be a music group. However, the Pussycat Dolls managed it, so maybe The Janoskians can too? Their debut single Set This World On Fire is an excellent start.
