If you read my audio blog, Into the Groove, you’ll know Sam Taylor as an up-and-coming popstar who had 2 songs featured on the soundtrack to the brilliant BBC series Beautiful People last year. Since then his career has unfortunately not taken off as quickly as he presumably hoped, and he’s had to resort to auditioning for musicals on TV. High School Musical to be precise! If you click here you can see him meeting one of the GMTV presenters. Unfortunately he didn’t make it to the final 3, but in slightly more pleasing news, neither did the awful and overrated Lewis from Any Dream Will Do. Every cloud has a silver lining!
