I wouldn't normally write about a DJ who hasn't even had a UK hit, but I had to make an exception when I saw Dutch house DJ Martin Garrix featured in Billboard's 21 Under 21 list and discovered he is only 17 years old. He's even younger than little Madeon – in fact, he's still got eight months until he can legally attend his own DJ sets. However, Martin isn't famous for being a child prodigy, but for his debut single Animals which has already gone top 10 in six European countries' official charts. So far it has peaked at 140 in the UK, but as it currently sits in seven iTunes top 10s I think Spinnin' Records might just give it a bit more promo. He also has 362,000 Facebook likes off the back of just one single! Impressive.
