Little Daylight are an electro-pop trio from Brooklyn, who were originally known for remixes of acts such as Passion Pit and The Temper Trap, and were signed by Capitol following a much talked-about SXSW performance. They have toured with Charli XCX and been compared to Icona Pop and Sky Ferreira. It's a lazy comparison as they don't sound particularly like either, but they will appeal to a similar fanbase. It's a sound I really like, but I am still waiting for them to release a song that I can say I love. Breakthrough single Overdose and Popjustice-featured Glitter and Gold both show potential, but I'm hoping they have a big crossover pop single up their sleeves.
