The lovely Marit is making what I believe to be her first UK appearance as a solo act in the UK this week. She will be the support act for Jason Mraz in London next weekend. The tickets have all sold out, but you can still get some here. A bit expensive if you only want to see Marit, but Jason’s also done some brilliant songs over the years. Anyone whose first experience of Jason was I’m Yours will probably think he’s an average Jack Johnson-esque singer-songwriter, but give The Remedy a listen and you’ll soon realise his true greatness. My personal fave, however, was his follow-up single, You and I Both. It’s a bit of a shame that he only became famous for such a bland song as I’m Yours, but it’s still better than any actual Jack Johnson song, and perhaps some of the new fans will discover his superior old albums too.
Bad news: Swedish electro-groups Cat5 n Zeigeist have both split up. 🙁 And t.A.T.u., but u probably already knew that. >>xx>Robbie

Hi Robbie! I did know about t.A.T.u but thanks for passing on the news about the others. I’m not too sad as I only liked one Cat5 song and never got into Zeigeist that much. I’m sure they’ll just make room for some other ace acts to get record deals.
