Listening to Disarmed by Johan Krafman today, I realised how it would have been the perfect debut single for Eoghan Quigg. A definite number one, especially as no-one has brought the Ola-pop genre to the UK yet. I’m sure that as soon as someone does, every pop act will be rushing to Sweden to get a Bassflow song of their own. Luckily for everyone (except Eoghan), his manager likes him about as much as I do, and has given him a Son of Dork reject instead. This means Disarmed is free for David Archuleta to release it as the first song from his second album. I think he would be a great fit for the song, as he and Johan have similar voices, and his jolly personality matches its tone perfectly. When is someone going to sign me up as an A&R girl? I could make them so much money! Simon Cowell has nothing on me.
