To celebrate the release of her super-poptastic official debut single Play The Game Boy, A*M*E will return to This Must Be Pop Live on 6th November. She went down a storm when she performed in March and since then she’s played to huge crowds on JLS’s summer tour so I can’t wait to see how she’s come along!
After the cool electro-R&B of Find a Boy, the feisty Ride Or Die and the 90s-inspired City Lights, Play The Game Boy is A*M*E’s big pop moment. It’s an infectious tune with great vocals and a colourful video that shows off the 17-year-old singer’s dance moves and her quirky fashion sense, and could easily come from the K-pop scene she (rightfully!) loves. If I was a pop star I’d want my own personal Korean boyband too!
