It’s time to announce another act for This Must Be Pop Live on 19th March! Joining Jin Jin & the Ragdolls on the line-up will be…
Chasing Grace are a cool, fun folk-pop duo made up of 17-year-old Grace Ackerman and 20-year-old Phil Plested. The adorable young duo started working together at performing arts school in Hertfordshire, and soon enough they were touring the country in support of big name artists like Emeli Sandé and Devlin.
Chasing Grace’s performance at This Must Be Pop Live will coincide with the March release of their debut EP, Dinner Will Be Served, via Island Records. The EP is produced by Naughty Boy, a former Future Pop star himself. In addition to their self-penned original songs, they also do some great covers. I particularly enjoyed their version of Don’t You Worry Child by Swedish House Mafia, which was especially impressive as I never liked the original!
