The brilliance of I Love It is largely credited to Charli XCX and Icona Pop, but co-writer/producer Linus Eklöw (aka Style of Eye) must have played a big part too, if his exciting, fun and inventive new single is anything to go by. Kids features quirky vocals from Soso, and witty and insightful lyrics over a track which sounds very current and commercial. The song also has an uncredited rap from another cool up-and-coming Swedish star, Elliphant. Linus has been in the industry for ten years as a DJ, remixer and writer/producer, and has released a few singles, but I think Kids could be his first international hit under his own name.
