Brazilian singer Michel Teló has already reached no.1 with his single Ai Se Eu Te Pego everywhere from Belgium to Colombia, and he is now preparing to conquer the U.K. charts. Although the song was originally released by Universal Brazil, it's been licensed by Syco for the U.K., and rather randomly a rap by American teenager Becky G (signed to Dr Luke's new U.S. label) has been added. It got its first play on Radio 1 last week, but whether or not it takes off straight away is pretty irrelevant – I have insider info that it will be performed by an auditionee on X Factor this year, which is certain to send it soaring up the charts and earning lots of money for Syco.
