Benjamin Lasnier is probably the worst singer I've ever featured on Future Pop (he really can't sing at all) but he's here because he is a sign of the times. Danish 12-year-old Benjamin is huge on Instagram with around 840,000 followers. His photos get 25,000 likes within 15 minutes of posting. His youthful cuteness and Bieber-esque styling are perfect for Instagram, a superficial social network powered by teen girls. Seeing a great business opportunity, Sony Denmark signed Benjamin and have him working with top writers and producers, aiming to crack the US. With Denmark's pop pedigree, the songs could even turn him into a feasible pop star!
