Good news for fans of extremely poptastic nights out: This Must Be Pop Live is back! The next gig will be on March 20th at The Workshop in Hoxton, and today I can reveal the first of the three amazing pop acts I have lined up to perform…
Making her London live debut at This Must Be Pop Live in March will be A*M*E, a 17-year-old singer signed to Future Records (part of Universal). She’s super-cool and stylish but not afraid to say how much she loves pop, especially 90s acts like TLC and *N Sync. For that reason alone, I want her to be the next big thing!
A*M*E’s first music video for the song City Lights, produced by MNEK and featuring his brother, rapper Bartoven, is now online and has attracted the attention of Popjustice, iD Magazine and even Radio 1Xtra. Watch the video below and click here to sample some other poptastic tracks.
Excited now? You can find out more about the gig and let me know if you’re attending here. Stay tuned for more announcements soon!
