Two is a trend, three is a scene. The Strypes are an Irish teen band who join Jake Bugg and Ruen Brothers in making 60s-inspired rock. At home they're already quite well known after performing on major chat show The Late Late Show in November. Although not all big Irish bands are equally successful in the U.K., these guys stand a great chance as they're managed by Elton John's company Rocket Music (alongside Ed Sheeran and Lily Allen) and recently joined Mr Bugg on Mercury's roster.
