Drum and bass duo Sigma (Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie) just missed the top 40 with Rudeboy in December, despite support from Radio 1. However, it looks like their new single could go much further. Nobody To Love went straight to no.3 on the Shazam pre-release chart before it even had a release date (it now does: 4th April). It’s not an original track, but a transformative remix of Bound 2 by Kanye West. I’m not a Kanye fan, but this is something I could get into – Sigma manage to lift the song and make it fun and anthemic. Kanye's only appearance is one random “yeah.” Perhaps they could also remix the video, keep the horses and scrap the Kardashian? If you like this, check out their poppy song Summer Calling from 2013.
