I feel like there's a lot of good karma around at the moment, with talented, hard-working people getting the breaks they deserve, and that definitely applies to Ruen Brothers. I've known Henry and Rupert Stansall for years and finally it seems the timing is right for these two, as their 60s-style music is back in fashion and all the right people are taking notice. They've got label interest from both sides of the Atlantic, Radio 1 and Radio 2 are keen to support them, and they have some amazing gig opportunities coming up too. Check out their video for Aces, which they impressively made themselves, and see them live tomorrow at Notting Hill Arts Club… if you can get in!
